Dudes and dudettes, if you haven’t heard of Jhon B, you’ve already missed out on a lot of things, so this is the time to catch up on your past. Jhon B and music is like your brain and body, both comply. Since his very first steps, since his very first moments of appreciation for music, he never thought that one day he would have the luck and possibility of being where is he now. With a beautiful beginning, and let’s us hope no end (or at least, a triumphant one), he has now the chance to fulfil his craziest dreams, to play in the most beautiful clubs of the capital.

Lets go back ten years from now, his dreams weren’t the same as the ones he’s having to this day, he wanted to become an architect. But like all humans, his ideas evolved and brought him to consider following studies to become a lawyer, and finally wishing to focus on computer graphics. However, his principal focus was on music. He started off youngs kids, by playing piano, and even performing several shows in small halls. After several years, young Jhon decided to let go of the piano and begin the guitar. Without great conviction, he then concluded that it was maybe more interesting to turn towards the new technology, and started making musical playlists for nights his father was organizing. Rapidly this new passion pushed Jhon to buy new material to start mixing at home.

At the young age of 19, during the holidays, he buys himself his first real decks and starts practicing. Soon after, university begins and he realizes that hes short of time to practice and leaves his passion behind for some time. In 2007 however, mister Eskimo finally decides to focus on his passion. In September 2007 he has his first set at a bar, where he is welcome to play for following organized nights, and hes pushed into a DJ contest in a club. He accepts but doesn’t win the contest to his regret, but it helped him have more dates. It’s since that day, that very night, that specific party, that people recognized his real talent, Mister Eskimo’s career was starting.

Since that very day, Jhon B tours everywhere, to famous Belgian clubs and even to Switzerland and Tunisia, his international reputation is slowly developing. B-Club, le Louise Gallery, le YOU, le Claridge, l acte3 are some of the clubs Jhon B has played in.

Another very important step in his career was the creation of his notorious podcast. In April 2008 he decides to create a podcast for his friends and relatives, for those who wish to listen to his tracks on their mp3’s and computers, but he didn’t realize how far these podcasts would go. With a difficult start, the podcast is now in the TOP podcats on iTunes store Belgium, Switzerland and France. He has been several times number one in Belgium, being ahead of artists such as David Guetta, Tiesto, Armin Van Buren, Joacchim Garraud, Faithless, Roger Sanchez, ED Bangers, Laurent Wolf, David Vendetta. Today he counts more that 8000 subscribers, and is a reference on many DJ sites. He has had the pleasure to play with the following artists, Gaudino, Mlle Luna, Milo, G-Froy, Charles VBV, and Fabien V…
